Andre Lorent Crazy Beautiful Face Cream

I recently did a review on Youtube for Andre Lorent on their Crazy Beautiful Face cream. It's an anti aging cream. I like to use products to prevent wrinkles and I think it's good to start taking care of your skin while you're young before you actually start getting the wrinkles.

I wanted to try this face cream because it has 100's of 5 star reviews on Amazon and it has natural ingredients in it. People say they've noticed results and noticed their wrinkles fading away.

I've only been using it for about a week so far. I don't really have deep lines or wrinkles yet, but when I first apply the cream it feels like my skin is tighter. My skin is not dry because this cream is definitely moisturizing. Also my face feels nice and soft too.

The key ingredients that are in this cream are Argireline, Matrixyl, Hyaluronic Acid, and Vitamin C & E. These are ingredients that firm skin, reduce wrinkles, and add collagen. Hyaluronic Acid is something That our skin naturally has and as we get older it disappears. It's a ingredient that we need to stay in our skin that makes it look younger.

I'm going to continue using this and will maybe update you later on.

Growing Long Hair

I'm am working on getting my hair to grow longer, I just trimmed an inch off, and I think it did make my hair a lil better. I don't trim my ends as often as I should. So I'm going to start taking a little better care of my hair to get it a bit healthier and grow longer. right now my hair is about down to my arm pits, I would like my hair to be down past my breasts, maybe even down to my waist. I believe that it is possible. Also I am mostly African-American, and I have relaxed hair. I always had a lot of hair since I was little and been getting relaxers since i was real little too.
My hair has only broke off from a relaxer one time, and it was when I was little, because my mom wanted to try a new relaxer in my hair that just came out, but the relaxer ended up being no good. When I got older, like in my late teens/ early 20's, I started dying my hair sometimes. I never really had a problem with my hair breaking from dying it, up until a few years ago. One day I felt like doing blonde highlights, my hair came out still being soft and shiny, only problem is I didn't exactly like the color, So I went and bought another box of hair dye, and went over it just a couple days after I just dyed it the first time. That was a BIG mistake. For a while after that my hair wasn't the same. The ends were always really dry and frizzy, it was breaking off, so much hair would come out when I comb it.
About a year after that I decided to cut it, to get rid of the damaged hair. I just cut it so that my hair came down to above my shoulders. It grew back just fine, but the ends were still kind of getting on my nerves so I cut it that short again. After that I decided that I'm not cutting it anymore because I really hate my hair being short. So I thought I'll just trim the ends off lil at a time. My hair has grown back down to a lil past my arm pits. But sometimes the ends can still get too dry and get on my nerves, so i'll trim a little bit off, which is what I should be doing anyway about every month 1/2 - 2 months.

So the things that I will start doing from now on to get my hair to grow longer and be a little healthier are:

1. Trim my ends about no more than every 2 months. I won't trim a lot but maybe just a half inch ir an inch, It depends how bad the ends are.
2. Moisturize my hair and especially the ends really good. The ends are the most fragile part and if they get to dry they will break alot more often. I use a olive oil moisturizer and I have a Palmers Olive Oil spray, which I will use that every few days on the ends and a little bit thru out my hair. It makes my hair feel softer and makes it shiny and keeps it from getting frizzy.
3. Deep Condition more often, I think this is especially important for thicker/ kinky/ curly hair. I heard that Olive oil works good as a deep condition as well as just using a tiny bit to moisturize hair.
4. Take vitamins. I take Womens One A Day multi-vitamins. I was taking them before and noticed that my hair was growing faster. But I started to forget about taking them, so I'm trying to get back into the habit of taking them every day.
5. Drink a lot of water everyday. that's also something that I need to do more often.
6. Sleep on Satin pillow cases or wrap your hair at night with a satin or silk scarf. I have been sleeping with a satin scarf every night.
7. Don't use heat on your hair everyday. When you do flat iron or use any kind of heat on your hair, use a heat protector. Again olive oil is also a good heat protector. I don't flat iron my hair everyday, usually just my bangs tho.

So those are the main things that I will be doing more often to get my hair longer and healthier. Here are a couple pictures of how my hair looks now, and how long it is. I just trimmed a inch off a week ago.

My Tips on How to Lose Weight

I Wanted to be a lil slimmer at one time, actually it was like a year ago. I'm not fat but since I'm like 5ft, I just felt I would look better being just a lil slimmer, I didn't like how I looked in certain clothes, plus I mainly just wanted my stomach flatter and my waist to be slimmer.
So I know there's a certain amount of calories that your not supposed to go over, if you wanna lose weight, depending on weather your male or female and size and everything. so I kinda tried to keep track of calories a little, wasn't really obsessed with calories. But it kinda helps if u keep track of everything u eat through out the day. like write it down in a journal and if u know how many calories was in it then write that down. Just write down what u ate for each meal and snacks.
Also eat smaller meals thru out the day, not one huge meal til your so full. It's better to eat smaller portions. So whatever u eat for a meal, eat smaller portions of it, try not to be so greedy, just eat enough so that u don't feel really hungry. don't eat large portions so that u feel so heavy and full like your stomach is gonna burst!
As far as what kinda of foods to eat, you can eat pretty much whatever u want, as long as it's not so much. But u should still try and get healthier stuff if u can, like try and get whatever has less calories, and try and eat more natural stuff if u can. What I would eat alot of is cereal, fruit, and bagels. like I might eat a bowl of cereal for dinner sometimes too. and eat fruit for snacks. And frozen fruit and canned fruit is good too as long as it's all natural with no added sugar. I would eat mostly ceareal and fruit because there's not alot of calories in that. I would still eat other stuff too sometimes like chicken, vegatables, and sometimes a burger or pizza. but not too much of it ,like I would normally eat. But I didn't have much fast food, or soda, and I didn't eat much cookies and ice cream and stuff like that. Only once in a while I would, and if I did, i didn't have a huge serving of it. like If i did have ice cream for a snack, it would be a small cup. and if I did happen to go to burger king, I might of just got a little wopper jr and small fries, no huge double wopper and extra large fries. There's waaaay too many calories, and it definately won't help losing weight if u eat that much at once til your so stuffed.
So just remember that eating smaller meals through out the day, small portions, less calories, mostly cereal, fruits, and vegetables, not too much sugars, junk and stuff and that should help. also try not to buy anything with high fructose corn syrup in it. It's not good for u and it's not natural, try and get things with more natural ingredients.
Another thing that helps ofcoarse is excersise. Mostly Cardio. So anything that u like to do that involves cardio activity, try and do it for 30- 40 mins at least a few times a weak. It could be running dancing, whatever. You could just watch some Beyonce, ciara, chris Brown, Michael or Janet jackson videos and just try and do the moves that they do in the videos. That's definately a workout. It don't matter if u know how to do the moves, but just watching and trying to do them for about a half hour is good enough. Turbo Jam works good too if u can do that, just whatever. Also if u can, u should do some sculpting with weights and stuff too sometimes, because having muscle helps burn calories faster.
I think that's pretty much it, since i started this plan, people have started to notice that I got slimmer within a lil less than a month. So, If I think of anything else that I might of forgot then i will add it in here.
