New YSL Rouge Pur Couture Lipsticks! (Swatches)

So I was sent a VoxBox from influenster of YSL lipsticks to try. I thought that was cool, these are high end makeup products that normally cost around $36 at Sephora! I received two shades, Fuchsia and Rose Stiletto.

These lipsticks are very creamy and the color just glides onto your lips nice and smoothly. I love the packaging, nice shiny gold cases with YSL on the front. They look expensive!

I also love how YSL is indented into the actual lipstick. Here is the Fuchsia.

The color is bright and vibrant. It's not something I would wear everyday, but I think it's great for a night out or for going to a party!

Here is the Rose Stiletto. Now this one is a color that looks a bit more natural, I could wear it for an everyday look. I actually thought it was going to be a lot darker than it is. But it's very wearable for a daytime look.

Here is my video review on the lipsticks! Please watch, Like and Subscribe!! xo

AALIYAH

Can't believe it's already been 14 years since her death! Aaliyah was one of my favorite singers growing up! I've been a fan since her first album! I loved her style and her voice. She definitely was an inspiration. I still love listening to her music.

I know there's some fans that don't like when others make certain tributes of her, want to dress like her, make transformation videos, or imitate her. They say stuff like "Leave her alone, let her rest in peace". But to me that's some fan's way of showing how much they really appreciate her and she really did inspire them and make an impact on them! It's keeping her legacy alive!

I have also made a few tribute videos of my own in the past. The first is a drawing I did of her in 2011 when it was the 10 year anniversary of her death. I used make a lot of drawings of her as a kid even when she was still alive! The second is a little animation I made of her in college last year. The third one is a hair and makeup tutorial I did of her last year. Check them out below!

The Two Buns!!!

I've been loving my hair in this style! I've been seeing natural haired girls wear this look lately and I think it looks really cute. It's a quick style to do when you don't know what to do with your curls at the moment or just wear it because it's cute.

Of course you don't have to have curly hair to wear it, it can look cute with straighter hair too. I may even do this style sometimes while my hair is straight too. I just think that when it's thick and curly, it's easier to play with the buns and adjust them so that they are the size you like. I also like how it looks with colored hair. Since I have the ends of my hair dyed purple, it makes my buns colorful! lol.

To achieve the look, I first just put my hair into two ponytails. Then twist the ponytail then wrap it around itself into the bun, then I just use a bobby pin to secure it. It could also be called a bantu knot. I think it really looks cute with baby hairs brushed down in the front, so I like to do that!

Color Changing Nail Polishes From Del Sol

I went to St. Augustine, Florida back at the end of June, I check out the little shops they have. There's a store called Del Sol, it sells things that change color in the sun. There's t-shirts, key chains, accessories, and they had nail polishes! I thought that was so cool, to have your nails change color in the sun. They have a lot of colors, I picked four of them because they were 4 for $30. There's colors that change from yellow to orange, pink to purple, mint to gold, and so on.

I filmed videos showing the process of the color change. I also talked about them in my July Favorites video. Check them out below!

My Everyday Makeup Routine and New Products From Sigma Beauty!

I received some products from Sigma to try out. A few brushes, an eyeshadow and a lip base. The 3D HD kabuki brush is pretty good for applying foundation. With it's angled shape, I just kind of brush and pat at the same time, and it's easy to get into the crevices of your face.

I also really love the eyeshadow. It's called Notre Dame and it's like a deep shimmery brown. Great for an everyday neutral look. I used these products in my everyday makeup routine and made a video of it.

Andre Lorent Crazy Beautiful Face Cream

I recently did a review on Youtube for Andre Lorent on their Crazy Beautiful Face cream. It's an anti aging cream. I like to use products to prevent wrinkles and I think it's good to start taking care of your skin while you're young before you actually start getting the wrinkles.

I wanted to try this face cream because it has 100's of 5 star reviews on Amazon and it has natural ingredients in it. People say they've noticed results and noticed their wrinkles fading away.

I've only been using it for about a week so far. I don't really have deep lines or wrinkles yet, but when I first apply the cream it feels like my skin is tighter. My skin is not dry because this cream is definitely moisturizing. Also my face feels nice and soft too.

The key ingredients that are in this cream are Argireline, Matrixyl, Hyaluronic Acid, and Vitamin C & E. These are ingredients that firm skin, reduce wrinkles, and add collagen. Hyaluronic Acid is something That our skin naturally has and as we get older it disappears. It's a ingredient that we need to stay in our skin that makes it look younger.

I'm going to continue using this and will maybe update you later on.

Beyonce & Nicki Minaj- Feeling Myself Hair and Makeup Tutorial

I love the Feeling Myself music video with Beyonce and Nicki Minaj. It looks fun and I like the editing. So, I thought it would be fun to do my own inspired look from the video.

Originally I was only gonna do the look from Beyonce, but I also wanted to film parts of my video to look similar to actual music video. And for some of the scenes I wanted to film, I thought it would be cooler then if I just did Nicki's look too. So I made more work for myself lol. But it was fun.

I feel like it took me forever to edit this, It took me about a week. Anyway I hope you enjoy it and like it and subscribe on Youtube.

How I straighten My Hair

Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes Tribute

I did a Tribute to TLC's Left Eye back in April. April 25th 2012 was the 10th year Anniversary of her death, so I decided to do a hair and makeup tutorial of her on my Youtube beauty channel and I had also planned to do a new drawing of her, which I haven't done yet. These are the pictures I took, me as Left Eye.

These are a few of the pictures I was inspired by.

Sparkle

I filmed a Sparkle Hair tutorial, which was also supposed to be for Black History Month. Sparkle is one of my favorite movies, it came out in the 1970's. That's where I got the idea for my Youtube name SeanaSparkle. As I was editing the video, I decided that I don't really like it, I think it can be done better, so... I think i'm going to try and re-do this video and upload it another time.

Dorothy Dandridge Inspired Hair and Makeup

I filmed a Dorothy Dandridge inspired hair and makeup tutorial. It was meant to be for Black History Month, but I waited til the last minute and didn't finish on time. I filmed a few videos for Black History Month. Here are some pictures I took for the Dorothy Dandridge video.

Here are some of my favorite pictures of her that I was inspired by.
